Jennifer Moore was a manager at Artco Crafts and Framing and had a dream of owning a gallery of her very own. She earned her BFA from Maryland Institute, College of Art and has worked as a commercial artist for 30 years. She purchased Artco's frame shop in June 2022 and she is looking forward to honoring and maintaining the reputation that comes with the Artco name. As an artist, she enjoys working with watercolors, acrylic paint, graphite, pastels, and pen & ink but specializes in charcoal drawings.

Carri Tobler has over 20 years of creative experience and 4+ years of framing experience. She started her creative journey at Artco Crafts and Framing right out of High School. Over the years she has been the Manager of the Scrapbooking and Stamping Department where she fell in love with creating with watercolor and colored pencils. Carri specializes in simplistic framing designs.

Ashley is an artist and entrepreneur who graduated with her BFA in 2014. She moved from Pennsylvania to Washington in hopes to pursue a career in visual art. Ashley brings 10+ years creative experience and 4+ years in framing and design. She specializes in artwork/photo restoration, graphic design, digital printing and unique framing designs. Along with working at Artco, she curates an online gallery and helps place local artists in art spaces to strengthen community connections and empower artists at any stage in their career.
