Artco is accepting submissions for our Miniature show.
A miniature is a detailed, small-scale reproduction of life. We are looking for original artwork that is 1/6th the size the subject matter is in real life. The artwork itself cannot exceed 6” one direction and cannot exceed 36 square inches (HxW). For example, a 5x6” painting is 30 square inches. Accepted mediums are drawing, painting, mixed media and sculpture. We are not accepting abstract, digital or photography works for this show. Since this show coincides with our printmaking display, we are not accepting printmaking for the miniature show. You may submit up to three (3) pieces per person for consideration. 2D work dimensions should include your art size and total outside frame size. Example: “Home”, watercolor, art 4x5”, frame 6x7”, $140Please upload images of the exact pieces you will be submitting to the show. Please submit finished pieces, no works in progress. Submitting your work does not guarantee acceptance. More info can be found on the application.If accepted, you will be emailed our contact to sign.
Gallery Requirements if accepted*2D artwork MUST BE WIRED - There is a $3 charge per piece we have to wire for you. Frames must be clean upon delivery, no dust, grime or broken frames. Sculptures must have accompanying displays or stands if it does not stand on its own. Artwork must be available for sale, no NFS.Label back/bottom of artwork with: Title, artist name.*Failure to comply with the above statements may cause rejection.
